“Yes, and…” is a principle that comes from the world of improv. The phrase is about accepting a creative suggestion, while also using your own creativity to build upon your partner’s original premise. It’s a phrase designed to help us embrace the boundaries set before us, and entice possibilities.
Yes& means saying:

I’m Mimi – the creative force behind Yes&.
I began my sober curious journey a while back and eventually embraced a full-time alcohol-free lifestyle for my health. Yes& is an outcome of the creative approach I took to adapting my love of well-crafted cocktails for this new chapter of my life.
When I’m not shaking up a new recipe, or taste-testing a new NA beer, you can probably find me at Disney World, hanging out with my husband, or researching local history mysteries.
